Maria left Exmouth School in 1978 and after graduating in Modern Languages worked in the Civil Service until moving into the world of international commerce. Maria has worked at several international banks arranging cross border financings of major capital projects. She is now working at Barclays where she heads their supply chain finance team working with many large UK companies and their overseas suppliers.
Based in Wimbledon she continues to study (recently completing a Masters Degree) and loves to spend time in East Devon where she still has a home and, more importantly, a boat.
